Windows 10 Domain login not working

    Hi,

We have downloaded Windows 10 pro and have added it to our work domain. Restarted the laptop Lenovo Yoga 710 and have tried logging into it with domain accounts and receive an error message which says "username or password invalid".
It is connected to the work domain with our internal wireless, when adding it to the domain the windows prompt asked me for domain admin credentials, which it accepted and added the laptop to the domain

We have re-installed windows 10 pro and have gone through the setup process of adding it to the domain, still the same outcome.

Any ideas why this is not working?

Please help as I have been stuck on this for about a day now and it is really silly as all our other laptops, desktops and tablets surface pros work on windows 7 & 8 and all when added to the domain allow us to login fine with domain credentials.

    Thank you

    Gavin

I am having the same exact problem. Upgraded to WIN 10 PRO from home. Joined the domain and none of the domain accounts are working - I am just getting password is incorrect message. Reconfirmed that the computer is on the domain, can access server' shared folders and what not.

I created an account just to reply here for anyone else that experiences this issue:

The issue is caused by upgrading from home edition to either pro or enterprise. I don't know the cause.
I went through the upgrade procedure to go from Windows 10 anniversary edition home to pro and then from pro to enterprise.
Domain joined successfully but was unable to log on with domain account.

Wiped machine, reinstalled Enterprise directly and was able to log in to the domain after joining it.

It seems that there is something wrong in the upgrade process that causes this.
