Cannot access user folder in start menu when I move it

In windows 10 1607 user folders can be displayed in the left side of the start menu. I moved my user folder to drive d from C:\Users\yham47\Documents to D:\Users\yham47\Documents to have a different location for my files.

The problem is when I use the Documents button on the start menu or any button like Music, Videos, etc, windows 10 then ask me to search/browse for that folder which is annoying.

Is there a way to correct it?

Additionally you can check the locations on the shortcuts here:

%ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu Places and update the location from C to D if they are incorrect.
