    NTFS Access rules

Hello there. Today i want to try out the Win 10(not the first attempt) and have a question, on which i struck the last time i installed Win10. The thing is that the last time i tried Win10(was doing a clean setup, but the previous OS was Win7), all of the hard drives had changed the owner(this option has never been touched or used before, so it was on default), in result leaving me with all drives blocked in read only mode(took me a couple of hours trying to fix that, after which i basically returned to Win7).

I know that the question may sound awkward, but is there something that may have caused this(dont think that it was a virus of some sort)?

    Thank you.

naa its not virus, eventho its almost as annoying :)

"Press Windows key + R and type control userpasswords2 and click OKSelect the user name and click Properties
    Click on Group Membership
Make sure Administrator option is selected
Also, click the option Other and select Administrator from dropdown
    Click Apply and then OK
    Restart the computer and check
If the issue still persists, enable the hidden Admin account and check.
Press Windows key + X and click Command Prompt (Admin)
Type the following command and press Enter
    net user Administrator /active:yes
To exit Command Prompt, type Exit and press Enter or simple click X on top right of the same window."
