Type NET USERS in a Command Prompt (Admin), it should be listed there. Then try NET USER GUEST. It should not be possible to delete this built-in account.

You cannot delete the Guest account. However, it is possible to rename the Guest account using the Local Policy Security editor. This Seven Forums tutorial is equally applicable to Windows 10.

In a command prompt (admin) type NET LOCALGROUP GUESTS to find a list of all accounts (built-in included) that are members of the Guests group, then check each name in turn with 'net user' to see if one of them is a renamed built-in Guest account.

What base language is this install of Windows? 'Gast' is German for 'Guest'. Type net user Gast and see it that says it is a built-in account.
