    Latest Windows 10 update loses my PIN number!


    I have Windows 10 installed and have just received an update. Now it will not allow me to access Windows 10 using my PIN number. I can access by using my password but when I try to reset the PIN number it will not allow me to do so as it will then not accept the password already used to start Windows 10. How do I unlock this situation?

    You might see if you may be able to remove the PIN instead, then add it back afterwards.

    I am so grateful. I had been trying to change rather than delete and reapply the PIN. I was worried that I would lose all access to my computer.
