No it show up like this.. this computer is configured to require a password in order to start up..please enter the startup password below. Press ok or restart but my mouse aint working.
Oh!!! A start up password. It sounds like something got changed in your BIOS security, I'm not sure what it's called. @Barman58, you know what I mean don't you.

Ok when I was tryn to go to my account that's when the message pop up talking bout call a 877 number to see wat was going on and she was telling me it got too many people got in my laptop stealing my information and stuff and I got too many ip addresses in there and my account was expire

I had to call this number n talk to a lady and she was like the only way I can use my laptop again if I pay 199.00 for a year or 299.00 for two years or 399.00 for three years and unlimited support system 877 7579749

Definitely an infection with Tech Support Scam.
But I can't find anything with that phone number.

You have fallen victim to a tech support scam.
If those 985 numbers in reply #15 and reply #5 are YOUR number(s), I suggest editing your posts to remove that information from your public forum posts. It's a very bad idea to post such sensitive personal information in a public place.
Also:
Did you give out credit card or other payment information?
Did you give anyone remote access to your computer?

No I tol them I didn't have a credit card and I haven't gave any otha information out either

So how can I fix that problem .

If I was asked to fix that PC I would Boot from my install media, delete all partitions, and install windows to the unallocated space. Who knows what has been done/installed on that PC. Even if you manage to get back in, I wouldn't trust doing anything online with it. It almost certainly has a key logger on it. I would change all your online passwords, from a different PC, especially bank site logins.
