administrator account

i have a problem, i accidently change my administrator account to user with netplwiz, and now i cant't get access to any application because its need permmision like "do you want to allow this app to make change to your pc?" and i can't click yes because my administrator account get changed. So please help me to solve this!!!

You are not the first that this has happened to! The only way I know is to use the built-in Admin account to change it back. However, because you need to be an administrator to enable the built-in Admin account you have to use a special work around to activate it.
