    At what step?

Settings doesn't open, or nothing happens when you click on the "Change" button under Password?

nothing happens when I click on the "Change" button under Password

I am starting to think I should not think about it this Much it could be My ego

is Bored and wants me to get busy with something that is not broken or needed for

    It Is ok

I also think if there is a Program that is preventing me from doing this
and it is working this hard

I think i should stay away from it anyway

Are you joined to a domain by chance? If so, there could be restrictions set to prevent changing the password.

Going back to option 5 if you wish to continue, are you running the command in an elevated command prompt?
