Windows 10 Signin Error - On the Administrator Profile

"User Profile Service failed the sign-in. User Profile cannot be loaded."

However, this problem is on the Administrator account, where I can't backup, change the type of profile, open the hidden administrator account or change the Default folder in C:\Users. The only other account on the computer is a regular user, which I frequently use.

I am completely stumped and need help. Any that can be provided would be appreciated.

This is a difficult situation because you have no access to an admin account to be able to set up a new account on your system.

I would therefore suggest you use option 4 in the following tutorial to open the hidden admin account from which you can then create a new admin account for yourself. Once you have done this you should then disable the hidden admin account to avoid using it again by mistake.
