    MS Account Login Problem

So I recently changed the alias for my MS account, was also able to figure out how to change the email address when logged into Windows. I had problems starting windows today, so I did a startup repair. When I got to the login screen it is now using my old MS account email. Of course I'm screaming at MS in a room by myself. All I'm trying to do is maybe change the email back without having to reinstall windows.

Have you tried logging in with the new email?

I was able to sign in with the new email just fine. That is before the startup repair happened. I'm stuck at the login screen looking at my old email.

Edit: Your silence is telling me I have no choice but to reinstall.

I really don't understand what you mean by "stuck looking at your old email", just enter the new email to log in...

What part about 'stuck at the login screen don't you get here? Unless its called something else besides the login screen, I don't know how clearer I need to be. You cannot change your email on the login screen.

Edit: I'm talking about the login screen you see when you first start up windows. Sorry if it seems I'm taking out my frustrations here.

I ended up reinstalling windows 10. That fixed it without help. However, what I was trying to do was to fix this problem without reinstalling windows. Its just stupid to have to for such a small issue.
