You have to be logged in as an administrator in order to change an account from standard user to administrator.

    Open a command prompt. Run:

    net localgroup administrators

What accounts show up in the administrators group?

Do you mean you changed from online login with email to local user which can still be admin?

We need to know which user accounts are in the administrators group:

    Code:
    Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.15063]
    (c) 2017 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>net localgroup administrators
    Alias name administrators
Comment Administrators have complete and unrestricted access to the computer/domain

    Members

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Administrator
    John
    The command completed successfully.
I have two user accounts in my administrators group: Administrator and John
