Was that image not from your pro install like you implied?
The screenshot in the other post is from my laptop with Windows 10 Pro installed which was a clean install. The difference is that the laptop has never had RDP host service started on it. Laptop is client, desktop is host, both are Windows 10 Pro.

So I started the RDP Hosting service on my laptop and I got the additional user groups automatically. However the "Select Users" button is greyed out on my laptop. But, I only have one user account established on my laptop, so that might be why it is greyed out. I have two user accounts setup on my desktop, I suspect that is why the button is active on the desktop.

I am not so sure, I would try adding another account on the laptop just to see, you can always delete them after. For me I had started RDP services and it was always grayed out. This is an issue myself and at least two others have had when upgrading from win 10 home to pro.
