What model number is your PC? I'll see if I may be able to look up what key to press for the boot menu.

It appears that you need to press the Esc key at boot for the boot menu.

Samsung NP300E5A-S06IT notebook boot menu key | maiux experiments

Press ESC key during boot diagnostics screen. If your usb drive does not appear in device list, go into “app” menu in bios to get into bios setup and try to recognize drive from “Boot” menu. Save settings and reboot, pressing another time the ESC key to get boot devices menu.
F2 for BIOS. See page 74 in manual for more detail to help. :)
