Unable to sign out clicking in my username

Since I've updated to 1511 10586, I'm not able to click in Start Menu, click in my user name and sign out. What happens is that the menu that has to appear when you click on your username does not show anymore since I've updated to 10586 build.

It is posible to Sign out using any of the other options like alt+f4 or win key + X and Shutdow or Sign out.

Any idea why this menu is not diplayed anymore?

    Thanks Edwin and Brink

Yes I know that there are other sign out options. All them are working fine. My question is why the option from my user does not work anymore since the update

As a test, when you open the Start Menu, press the tab key until your user name is selected, then press Enter to see if the menu opens.

When I click enter, a small box appears below, but it's empty:Unable to sign out clicking in my username-2015-11-23-2-.png

If you create a new account, do you have the same issue when you sign in to the new account?

If not, then switch the account you have this problem with to a local account, then switch it back to a Microsoft account to see if that is able to toggle it back.

If you do have the same issue in the new account, then you may need to refresh or reset Windows 10.

    Hello Brink
I've tried to do what you told me but now what happens is that account management is not accesible from the settings. I click on there and nothing happens.

I will consider to make a refresh of the OS. In the meantime I'm uninstalling the antivirus to check if there is something wrong with it. I'll let you know the results.
    Thanks!!

    Hi Brink.

Solved with a refresh of the OS. I had to re-install nearly all the programs, the refresh has removed them.
    But now it works fine.

    Thanks!!:)
