Hello Manjunath, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

See if you may be able to use OPTION FOUR in the tutorial below to enable the built-in Administrator account at boot.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2...a.html#option4

If so, then sign in to the built-in Administrator account to be able to do the steps in the tutorial below for this error.

    Hi Brink,

First thanks for replying. Unfortunately I don't have recovery DVD or drive. Any other options?

If you like, you could download a Windows 10 ISO and create a bootable Windows 10 USB from the ISO on any computer to use.

No. You'll only be using the USB to boot from to open a command prompt at boot and enable the built-in Administrator.

    Brink. Three questions.

The first link has two options in it.

Option One: To Directly Download a Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft TechBench
Option Two: To Download Windows 10 ISO using Media Creation Tool

Which one should i choose here.

Same way in the second link there are three options given.

Please let me know which one to choose. And After creating the above USB drive how to boot from USB. Please help.

It doesn't matter which option you use to download a Windows 10 ISO with. You'll just need to make sure that the ISO is for the same edition and version as the Windows 10 you currently have installed.

I'd use OPTION TWO to create the USB drive with Rufus.

The tutorial below will show you how to boot from a USB.

I got into safe mode with command prompt and after typing my password and waiting for an hour i got an error saying 'Internal hard error'. But the cmd did open somehow and i enabled the default admin and also changed my guest profile to administrator profile.

Now the problem is that, when i log in to my default admin account, i am getting the same "User profile cannot be loaded" error. Same thing goes for any new account which i create using the guest account(which i changed to admin).

And the account for which i asked this question, the hotmail account, is still not loading. I tried doing the refcount and state registry changes. But no luck. Please help me.

In that case, you may need to refresh Windows instead.
