Duplicate user name at login

Thanks Brink, all good now! I reset my password, and I also went into Settings>Accounts>Sing-in Options and set the Require sign-in to Never. When I reset my laptop it finally opened automatically!

hey brink i'm having this issue and i've reset my windows password put it in the netplwiz and the "ghost account" is still there. am i reading this wrong? this "ghost" only shows up when i select turn off password
