Windows 10: windows 10 log in screen does not have a place to login after sleep

Im having the same issue
I have had the same problem with one of my client machines
I decided to reload Windows and send back to the site
Since it has been back on site the problem has started again
Do you have any other suggestions for a repair rather than a reload?
