I removed my log in with netplwiz and now cannot log in as Admin

I wanted to log in to my computer without a password. I went to netplwiz and removed the check in mark.
I then screwed up as a second window popped up and asked for a log in password and user.
This made it even more difficult to log in.... I then removed me as a user and set up a new Admin user.
Now the boot screen shows two of me and no admin and no matter what password I use, I cannot log into my computer.
Please help me correct this issue.

Reset Password of User Account in Windows 10
Sounds like you may need to enable the Built-in admininistrator account, assuming a local user account, or you need to delete an account.

(Blue text in tutorials from the searchable Tutorials section (do feel free to have a look) is clickable and takes you typically to another tutorial).

If an MS account - there are other options there.

Of course, if you had a recent 3rd party disk image, that's another option...if no other option.

Another approach might have been an offline System Restore point - if you have a suitable restore point, but that needs a password- which you don't seem to have.

    Thank you for the reply.
NONE of the three steps work as 1. I cannot open the RUN window from the log in screen.
I went to Microsoft to reset my password as I can log into MS but cannot see my password, and never see a conformation code sent by MS.
Is there a Safe Start or other way using F2/F12/ or DELETE to do a restore function?
Or a back door to come in as Admin?
    Please help.

I just tried to make a Password Reset Disc on another identical computer.
When I go to control panel and select user(s) and it goes to the next window, there is no create password reset disc as it shows in the videos.
    What is going on?

If I go to MS.com and log in to change my password and say send, nothing ever shows up in any folder in my email.

Seems you missed clicking the link from that tutorial to this one and this option in the second tutorial:

Enable or Disable Elevated Administrator account in Windows 10

I did hint blue text is clickable.

Yes, see above- which is based on using the tutorial I gave you before.

It rather sounds as if you've not taken due precautions against things going badly wrong... e.g. using 3rd party disk imaging. (My post #2). The routine and regular use of this is endlessly recommended here to get you out of a hole and give you a second chance.

Password reset disks only apply to Local user accounts not MSAccount-linked user accounts.

    In addition to which
    - They can only be made on the computer concerned by the user account concerned before any problems occur.
    - They are no more effective than writing the password down on a piece of paper.
