    Login Complication


    Hello
    On this Windows 10 Pro (winver: 21H1) computer I have the a typical user account (admin rights) and I have with this Windows 10 account an Admin account.

    When I log out and/or reboot the screen that is expected is the log in screen. However of recent when the screen appears I enter for the user account the PIN. The login never completes - just the spinning routine.

    If I alt ctrl del nothing happens. So I must force a reboot to bring up the log in screen.

    I have the two accounts. If I click on the administrator account (username administrator password: ) I use a password, no PIN.
    But I can gain access to the OS and continue to work.

    How can I fix it so that I can login with the typical user account? That is where all the day to day stuff located.
    I have unplug all the usb stuff; I have unplug the power cord and so forth; all the usual routines.

    Could be the day-to-day account profile is corrupted.

    Create a new user account for day to day use.
    Make it an Admin.
    See if it behaves itself.
