Add Reset Permissions to Context Menu in Windows
One reason for this is, while you are a member of the Administrators Group, you are not "the" administrator. The only account not subject to UAC prompts is the system administrator account, and its not a good idea to use that account as your daily user. Its there to bail you out when you mess up your normal administrator account.
The first user account setup during a Windows install is an administrator account. Unless you tell it otherwise. There has to be, or at least should be, one administrator account. Any other accounts setup will I believe default to standard user accounts, that have even more restrictions.
