Built-in Administrator Account suddenly asking for a password?

For some reason the built-in admin account is now asking for a password when I've never set it up before. The only account with a password is my own account which is part of the Administrators group. I tried blank and also my own account password both did not work. My own account is a local account and is not tied to an online microsoft account.

I use cmd to enable/disable this built-in admin account instead of lusrmgr.msc, not sure if that made a difference. I was about to reset/change the password via lusrmgr.msc but worried it might screw me over somehow so I didn't do it.

Note: I was able to login without a password when I first enabled the built-in admin account.

Just ignore it, go Yes > OK > Yes > OK (or whatever), leaving it blank. Eventually it will accept a blank password entry field as the password. Being blank, it won't bother you again

I just realized that upon trying to turn off the account that I actually did a backward slash instead of a forward slash so I believe it set the admin password to "\active:no". So that was the password, I managed to log in and just blanked it out via Settings.
