Christine and humbl are the only active user accounts in that list. The others, Administrator, DefaultAccount, Guest and WDAGUtilityAccount, are all built in system accounts found in every install of Windows. Try the command Net User <name> for each and it will tell you, for example:

will probably include the entry

Full name     Christine Guest

which commonly indicates that the account is or has been an MSAccount-linked user account.

The account named
Guest
has nothing to do with your name. It's a relic that is no longer active & no longer recommended.

All the entries are independent. The fact that some are listed on the same line does not imply any relationship between them.
Administrator happens to be the username of the normally-disabled Built-in Admin account.
