    Hi,
I intend to use either "owner" or "admin" for windows 10 pro, is there any pros and cons?
Will these 2 words will mix up with other stuff? or maybe cause any permission problems or whatever problems?

.....During windows installation on the page it requires a name.....
I have always used Owner for all my machines, from Win7 up to Win10 and Win11. I have never had any issues with this name.

Of course, you can only choose the user name during installation if you are setting it up with a Local account. For an MS account it will always use the first 5 characters of the email address.

After entering the windows username during registration, in the future what situation do we need to type in the windows username again?

It seems like after setting the windows username there is no scenario that needs to type in the username again, only click to select the username displayed?

I guess the windows username might appear in devices trying to connect hotspot or wifi or bluetooth to the windows pc but there is no need to type in the windows username?

I guess the windows username might auto appear on some software or documents e.g. pdf/docx created (maybe some about/details info)?

About the only time you may need to type the account name is when you are connecting to this PC from across the network, and you are signed in to that PC with a different account name that doesn't exist on this PC. You'll be challenged to provide credentials, a name and password that exists on the PC you are connecting to. But if you tick 'Remember my credentials' you'll only have to do that the first time.

Yes, MS Office apps like Excel or Word will by default use your account name as the author when saving a document.
