My advice is have a Microsoft account because you will occasionally need it, but
    DO NOT STAY LOGGED IN.

Last time I had an MS account is when I needed MSN messenger circa 2008. To this day I don't use one or need one... Not only that, but you CAN install 10 without the use of an account. I roll Tiny 10 so it's been stripped out.

OP, you may have a hacked device. A device or computer that uses the MS account crap.

It's worth doing a full virus scan and check any add-ons on browsers some capture your password

...in a live environment. Even that may be fruitless.

I'm curios. Go here and copy your IP address. Now go here and paste your IP address in the search box and see if you have any open ports. If so let me know what router or modem you're using. DO NOT share your IP address.

If Shodan doesn't show anything try here as well.

You can roll 2FA with the free and open source Aegis App for Android. It may be coded for iOS as well. Not sure. For desktop I use the Keepass password manager with the KeepassOTP plug-in. Or if you're not very computer inclined you can use a paid version of Bitwarden which is $10/year. Bitwarden is free as well, but you don't get 2FA.
On all three links that you provided came up with no results found.

As for 2FA on a hurry I end up installing MA.

I have Sticky Pass Premium life time.

It started with Xbox being linked to EA account, so removed, changed password and things seemed to be well but on the next the main Microsoft account had a password changed as on my first post.

I thought about that too because even after normalizing Xbox account things still on wrong.

Doesn't surprise me in the slightest. It sounds like a lot of mismanaged crap and bloat to secure the infrastructure along with a single point of failure.
