    I deleted the account 'bofhlusr outlookcom' and created a new account 'admin'.

    Thanks.

    Every day is a school day. I learned that the Control Panel 'User Account' procedure is different from simply entering 'users' in the Windows search bar. The resulting menu trees, choices, and breadcrumbs are totally different in each.
