    SmartCard logon issue Windows 10

    Hello!
I've got problem in my company. Most of people have to login to Windows via Windows Hello and SmartCards and there is an issue. After SmartCard is pulled out, Windows locks and its normal. But after couple of "locks" when SmartCard is inserted logon screen turns blue and nothing can be done (its not BSOD), it's like Windows gets stuck or sth, only hard reset helps. SmartCard reader drivers just like BIOS or others are updated, Windows is updated. Have you ever seen this problem and can give me some advices how could i solve it?

Tried: -gpupdate /force -sfc /scannow -drivers update -Windows update

I always thought you were supposed to logout before removing a Smartcard.
Surely just pulling the Smartcard out risks corrupting the user profile just like forcing the computer off would do.

We don't have government CAC, we use some cheap RFID smartcards, which we also use to work time registration
