    Logged in as Admin but still being prompted for admin control


    Hi, so I was trying to unzip a file into the Program Files folder and was denied access, and yet when I check my account it is the Administrator account which I thought would allow me to do this type of task.

    How do I turn this off so that I can move files into my C drive without hassle?

    Hello,

    This is normal behavior to protect the system files from being accessed or modified without your knowledge.

    The UAC prompt will always ask for your approval by default before anything that requires elevated rights is allowed.
