I resolved this by reinstalling Windows externally. Factory reset was not enough, as that image had corrupted as well. After this I could install all the necessary drivers to get things working (also externally). Man I sure love when my Windows updates brake Windows. The only weird thing is one of my SSDs still has halved maximum capacity. Everything else is as it should be. Maybe it’s possible the hard drive corrupted (possibly during the update) and that caused the issue? I just don’t know where these 250 GBs went. Otherwise it’s solved.
