New User and Admin Permissions Success Didn't Assign Admin Permission

    Created a new user.
    Gave it administrative permissions.
Saw the same success message "Command completed successfully" each time.

Look at it by another account

That's not net localgroup administrators Thisisone /add "Command completed successfully"
    is it?

    Using the radial button to change it now, but;
    how come that happened?

You seem to be jumping around in the dark without the benefit of documented procedures.
That diagram is exactly what you should see. All is correct, it's an Admin user account.
That diagram exists to let you change things. Std is all you might possibly change an Admin to so it selects Std ready for you [notice the Apply button is active].

Log in to the account and run this cmd
    Code:
    net user %UserName%
and you'll see that the account is a member of the Admin group.

    All the best,

Denis, have you seen how billions of people spend year, after year, of man-hours, trying to Shift+select a group of files organized by any standard sorting order (name, date, etc)(; and the sorting of the icons goes horizontally... {heaving with excitment} ...but ...the SHFT+click+select; selects them vertically!! --- What!?

How many updates have been forced on users and yet basic selecting of files, which is in ALL USERS FACES (including the makers), ... on their desktops,.... is still at 1994 levels.

    • I didn't figure the people who made this stuff, are that smart.

I'm not that smart, but I know that should have been fixed by 2000, and anybody who hasn't be upset by it at least a 1000 times is probably not a computer user.
