    Thanks.

I created an additional user with their email. This was done by watching the video, link is below:
Add Guest Account in Windows 10 )

The current issue is that when I log out of my account and try to access their account (which displays their email address), they are unable to remember their password, preventing me from entering that account.

Windows is being funny. After creating, it wanted to do update when shutting down. On startup it now has doubled the accounts. Two admins and two guest accounts. Hmmm?

    Hello,

Usually, a guest account will not have a password. If you like, you should be able to remove or reset the password for this Guest account while signed in to your administrator account.

Do you get any error messages when trying to sign in to either account?

Looks like you're running Windows 11 and not Windows 10.

It says im running windows 10 home @ Brink.

I must have taken a different route somewhere to explain why I'm encountering these choices within the 'Sign-in options.'

I'm considering reformatting everything and starting fresh at some point. However, I'd like to avoid encountering the same sign-in options once more lol.

If we can resolve it now, I'm willing to postpone the fresh start for the time being.

That's ok. You should be able to use any one of the other options to remove the password of the guest account.

Hi Brink. Thank you for all your responses.

The guest account does not have a password.

My question is why do I see these login choices in post #13? I want it to look like the tutorials. What did i do differently and how can i amend?
