    Clean Up unused User accounts

I would like to delete/remove User accounts not being used. Since i built this PC years ago and have since updated it from Win7 to 10 recently there are accounts i would like to remove.

Under; settings>accounts>other users ....no accounts show up

But they show up on my Local disk. I am Dan, Sandy is the name of my computer. The first Administrator account has not been modified since 2013, same with the Homegroup user and "Guest". I have no idea what the fidelity test one is but it is empty except for a few msft links.

Can i safely get rid of all but :"Dan" and "Administrator.Sandy" ? and how should i go about it ?

I deleted the "Unknown" which was the fidelity one from the User profile in system properties. but the "Public" "Homegroup" and the old "Guest" does not show up in that interface. Should i just delete them from the Users folder in safe mode?

You can. It either wont let you, or it will recreate them, but make a restore point or take a system image just in case :)

If you delete them from users folder you'll also need to delete them in registry, not sure how safe that is if you do not recognize the purpose of these profiles.

I find this easier in the Control Panel, Users:

In your case you'd click 'Manage another account'

As stated, simply deleting the folder you have will leave a lot of detritus on your system.

Did you consider reviewing the tuorial? Several approaches are given there in the various options.
