Can't Sign In with MC account because I forget local account password.

I keep getting this error “Something Happened and Your Pin Isn’t Available” and the only way to fix is restarting my PC because I forgot my local account password. I decided to login with MC account but I need my local account password to login.
I try to answer security question but no luck.
Is there a way to fix this pin problem, or maybe is there a way to reset your local account password without reset disk, answering security question and etc ?

Reset Password of User Account in Windows 10

    Choose the appropriate option.

    - from the searchable Tutorial section - do have a look. I searched it for
    reset password
    for you.

Mine don't have "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" and I can't click on "Reset Password" option.

That's dealt with in the intro to the tutorial [in the text within the dirty yellow area]. You need to do an additional procedure to get the checkbox back and the intro gives you a link to it.

    All the best,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Above 'contents' the tutorial says:

If you had set Windows to automatically sign in to a local account at startup that you just changed, reset or remove the password of, then you will need to set Windows to automatically sign in to the local account at startup again to update it with the new password.
    Does this apply to you?

Enable or Disable Passwordless Sign-in for Microsoft Accounts

Do you have an account you can sign in with?

    If not see
Enable or Disable Elevated Administrator account in Windows 10

Clearly you will need to create a secure way to store key data separately from your PC.
The password NEVER becomes totally redundant.

Now ensure you store it safely - not on your PC, just in case.
