is here any way how set Windows to automatically login without filling up password each time?
I dont want remove password completely, only set autologin.
If i run Netplwiz command, there is no "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" options.

The checkbox should be available for either a local account or Microsoft account. It just must be an administrator account.
Other than the above, it could be Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts in the note box under step 4A that needs turned off using option two below since you have a local account.
Enable or Disable Passwordless Sign-in for Microsoft Accounts
It doesn't matter. If that setting is turned on, the check box will not be available in netplwiz. Even for a local account.
You'll need to turn it off in option two first, then the check box should be available in netplwiz.
