I'll explain . in the answer file i create local admin name aziz ok so i can use it after the sysprep because the built-in administrator will be disabled during the sysprep. . after the sysprep generalize reboot. i login with the local administrator aziz and i create new user name test1. ok. i login to user test1 it says getting ready this my take a few minutes then its lodging no issue. the start menu its working and default app lodging no empty box .

the second test i did after i login with local admin aziz and then enabled the built-in administrator account. then i login with the built-in administrator account and create new user name test2 then i login with test2 . it says hi getting ready then the screen goes black a few minutes than this it my take a few minutes then all done. after than the start menu and the default app not lodging there are empty box like the picture i show u.

Everything you describe sounds normal to me. You get those small empty boxes because those are placeholders where an app will be shown once the provisioning is done. You may need to make sure that your VM has Internet access first. Also, I find that the apps will usually get displayed in those spots quicker if you go into settings > updates and check for updates.

You can use the "Administrator" account if you really, really want to, but usually you should leave it disabled and never use it. It's basically there only for emergency use if something happens to your aziz account.

    Does that help clarify things?
