Help Pin & Password not working win + r not working

Windows 10 Laptop HP Pavilion I think my work email is attached to my personal PC after setting that up I can no long access my pc. I’m getting a pin error, I enter my password and it loops back to the same thing. I can’t access the Win + R key. I can access anything but Bios by pressing the F10 key. If I press the F2 key I get HP PC Diagnostic UEFI. I’m not sure what else to do. I have a USB to reinstall but that option isn’t even coming up

At the login screen, type in the last pin you know, when that fails you should have Sign In Options, here select Password and type in your last login user name and password windows 10 - How do I sign in with a password instead of a pin? - Super User

What exactly did you do? What do you mean by "setting that up"?

What user accounts does your login screen show?

The account email address is normally displayed on the logon screen which you see after dismissing the lock screen.
Please advise if you actually can see that - and if not, what do you see?
Are you sure what your work email address is so you can make the comparison?

Just by way of a comment at this stage as you first need to address Try3's post..

I have a USB to reinstall but that option isn’t even coming up
The method varies from manufacturer to manufacturer - depends ont he BIOS/UEFI used.

Either - you need to set the Boot Priority in the BIOS
Or - you hit a particular key as the laptop boots to get a boot menu when you can select the boot device.

Hi, looking at your first screen, what happens if you click 'Set up my PIN'?
Regarding internet access, can you connect to your router using an ethernet cable?

Before considering resetting your PC (which would be easier than reinstalling Windows), looking at the error message on your screen- see:

How To Fix “Something Happened And Your Pin Isn’t Available”

Is yours a Microsoft account or a local account?
    Do you know your password?

Reinstalling Windows (last resort - consider other options first)
Do you need to recover any data from your PC before reinstalling Windows?

Put another way - do you have a full backup of everything on your PC including installed program licenses?

I will assume you don't use disk imaging regularly and routinely as is endlessly advised here- if you had been doing so there's a very good chance you could have restored your PC to a previous good state exactly as it was when you created the image, saving the risk of losing installed programs and data and saving you a lot of time.

Given you can access your BIOS you should be able to get your PC to boot from a bootable Win 10 installation USB disk.

If the one you have is old, this will install an old version of Win 10, and depending on its build, then have to go through a Windows upgrade procedure. If it is old, you can create a current one using another working PC.

To boot from your USB disk, then depending on your BIOS/PC manufacturer you will either need to
    - set the boot priority order so the PC first looks for a bootable PC
    -or
    - press a certain key when your PC starts to bring up a boot device selection menu allowing you to choose the disk to boot from.
