Windows Hello Pin

Hi Folks, sometimes when I enter my PIN on my Lenovo Laptop, the screen flickers then returns to where I enter the PIN and have to re enter it.
Anything I can do to fix this?

Are you running Hyper-V?

Welcome back, this is the first I've heard of Hyper-V. I Googled it and:-

Enable the Hyper-V role through Settings

• Right click on the Windows button and select 'Apps and Features'.
• Select Programs and Features on the right under related settings.
• Select Turn Windows Features on or off.
• Select Hyper-V and click OK.

It was not in the list.
My PIN still has to be entered twice but not every time.

Hi My Friend, I searched Win 10 settings, found a site the gave tips on how to improve my Lenovo.
I had been using the Close Lid to shut down my pc. After using the Shut Down from the bottom left window it has made a difference to my pc.
