AD - Best 2FA and secure passwords services?

Hi, I'm looking for a well known safe password and 2fa service that works seamlessly in a Windows server environment. Would also like for it to work with 500+ users. If it's hardware based like yubikey or something, that's fine also.

All workstations are running Windows 10 current password situation is totally manual password reset and gpupdate.

What do you guys recommend?
