Problem with entering windows with my account

Hi, I had chain of incident. Firstly, when initialized my computer that morning, I found out that my windows is updating. after a long time, there was still the screen with "getting windows ready, please don't turn of your computer". I have tried to reset a few times, and it didn't work. After that, I entered the safe mode, and realized my microsoft password is required within all the operations. The problem is that I don't remember it. Through another computer, I replaced my microsoft password, but apparently my computer, who has no connection to internet right now, can't get it. Now, I stuck and have no clue what to do, and would be happy for some tips and paths to go through this.

Is your account a local or microsoft account?

after a long time, there was still the screen with "getting windows ready, please don't turn of your computer".
    - and did you?

If you did, your O/S may be irretrievably damaged.

What happens now when you try to boot your PC?

What do you mean by "initialized my computer that morning"?

You don't remember the password for your Microsoft account: are you using the same Microsoft account on the other computer?

On "after a long time, there was still the screen with "getting windows ready, please don't turn of your computer"."
--- As dalchina asked, did you?
When you see "getting windows ready, please don't turn of your computer": "don't turn of your computer".
--- Use your running PC to ask about what to do.

Follow dalchina's "What happens now when you try to boot your PC?"
