Yes I have tried the other account, and except when first opened all desktop icons are minimised everything seems identcal, including being shown as an Administrator Account plus the Outlook account failure and what happens when I try to use passwords ie. security code either not received on my phone or rejected if it is. Is this identicality what is expected?
I have had a second Chat with an MS Advisor (after a struggle to get it linked with my previous one) who took over control of my PC, from which she could see what was happening but was unable to correct it, and closed the session. That was yesterday and am hoping I will be contacted about it as in the past I have had a followup email BUT if so, I hope they dont but fear they will send it to my Outlook email where I wont get it!
The loss of my Outlook email account is a serious issue for me already. When I do get it back I will try to make arrangements to help me avoid or at least remedy the situation. In another post I will clarify what seems to be the current 'state of play.'
