My Use'r Accounts and Folder names have changed cant access some files

MS 21H1 (OS Build 19043. 1237)
Good Afternoon I hope you can lead me through all this please my Accounts are a mess I don’t know how but something’s going on and Permissions re Admin has been Hijacked as DESKTOP-3LFVAVQ as Owner It should be asking me for Admin Permission to Open a File but for some unknown reason Its asking for DESKTOP-3LFVAVQ as being Administrator?
But the Main Admin as D---- M------ Administrator has disappeared
How D---- M------ Main Admin was ever dis-owned or changed to DESKTOP-3LFVAVQ as Owner Administrator I have no idea?
In (C ) user s it is my ADMINISTRATOR ACC as D----- M------ Administrator
also this not in the (C) // User' S accounts List
“D------R Main Admin, was the Main Admin Account but I had to reverse that after the Clean Inst and M S’s trickery it’s the only Original still in User s

D----- M------____Admin took charge on Bootup after the C/Install Since I was fooled into Creating a MS Account,
I have been Forced to Use D----- M----- Main Admin since the MS account trick after the C/Install So now DAZZLER Main Admin is nearly empty and It’s became the Secondary Admin Both DAZZLER and DARYL Admin’s use different PINs
Administrator S is a Local account but not in the list
Dasha in User list has never been used before Dasher is my Username in email and the forum it always has been
So I am thinking I will have to do 5 things (if you can help me and agree please)
List the 3 User Accounts as listed above into (C) user S
Rename all User Profile Folders
Bypass Windows Login screen on start-up for the two Admin Acc

As you are experiencing mutiple and continuing problems (assuming your various threads refer to the same PC) have you considered a clean install?

If there are too many problems, you will be consuming resources- your time and that of respondents- perhaps without hope of a final reliable solution.

I suggest respondents review your recent threads - please advise if these relate to the same PC. Thanks.

Thanks Dalchina yes it's the same PC but I loathe having to do another Clean Inst actually it was my Son who helped me out. I would rather try and fix what I have than ask him to come over and do it again because he will think these issues are his fault? Thanks for your reply Dasha

I will continue this below as there is too much New Data I have found Re Microsoft taking and using the first 5 letters of users Email to use as Aliases creating a Microsoft account I never knew existed and was in fact running My Computer
