You have an option to add family members and children to your accounts in Settings, Family & other users. It says you can allow family members to sign in to this PC. Adults can manage family settings online and see recent activity to help keep kids safe.

You can Add a family member. If you make them a Standard user, you can disallow and block them, but they remain on the list. There appears to be no way to actually clear that list.

No, I'll test that by adding myself as a new one and then trying to remove me. I have no idea if the previously added family members got any email notifications. All I could figure was to block them. Now I see that they can't sign in, but I can't remove them from the list.

By the way, what does spread some reputation mean? I Tried clicking on the Thanks button and it said I must spread some reputation around before adding it to you again.

Seems to mean you need to thank others... thanks for that though.
