The first created user is an administrator this is subject to the UAC are all other users but can do all the things that the old type of XP era administrators did but with security added against online attacks.

Once you have the administrator user you can go back to an unsafe system but this is not recommended. set up the admin account and then change UAC to not prompt you ever

Also, I do not want to create user at OOBE, then after booting in, enable "administrator", then log out from user, log into administrator and then delete the first user.

Is there some way I can have only an administrator user?

You can always enable THE administrator account if you need to, but it's never a good idea to "run" the computer on a day to day basis on THE administrator account.

The normal administrator account is fine for everyday use. And, as mentioned, you can just disable UAC if you want to.

I've been running on the normal administrator account (created during install), and I only had to go on THE administrator account once in over a year and a half, and that was just to check something.
I didn't need THE admin account to "do" anything.

Why?

I hope you realise that
- the limitations of the 'administrator' account are undocumented but have been known to change over time/Versions.
- an Admin account you create can do everything that the 'administrator' account can do.

Hello @neerajgs,

Why don't you setup a Local Administrator Account and ALSO activate the Full Administrator Account [ Built-In ]. You can do this in CMD Prompt. This will give you the option of switching between them.

As a side note, it is ALWAYS good practice to setup ANOTHER Local Account in case of corruption of your Local Administrator Account.

I hope this helps.

I always add an additional Administrator account and I make sure this is a local account so I can use it in the case where remote access to this system via network is impossible - no it's not to easy to use if the system is on another continent but you can always work local by remote control of someone on site
