    Fingerprint functionality on domain profile

Hello all. Long time member, first time poster.
My laptop has a fingerprint reader that allows me to log in under both a domain profile and a local profile. I can also log into either with a PIN
In the local profile once I log in, I can also use my fingerprint or PIN to unmask saved passwords in any browser and possibly several more things, but the domain profile only allows me to enter my password.
Does anyone know of a group policy that might disable fingerprint and PIN, despite being able to log in using them? Is it possibly something just disabled by design on domain profiles?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Enabling the two group policies below should allow domain users to sign in with a PIN and fingerprint afterwards.

Enable or Disable Domain Users Sign in to Windows 10 using Biometrics

    Hi & thanks.

I can actually log in using the biometrics on both local and domain; it's only after logging in that it's unavailable, e.g. unmasking saved passwords in browsers. It's not just Microsoft's Edge, but also Chrome and Brave. In the local profile, a fingerprint is available. In the domain profile, it only takes a password.
It's not really a big deal, just a pain while I'm going through hundreds of saved passwords to see if I still need them, especially all the 192.168.x.1 and 10.x.x.1 addresses from all sorts of firewalls and routers to see which look familiar and which could be from 2008 or possibly earlier and useless.
