Migrated to Windows 10 but account on second drive not there

I just moved over to Windows 10. However, my main account was stored on my data drive. I can see the folder but I don't have access, obviously b/c the user id is different. How to I migrate that user folder so that I am using it, as it has all my settings, files, etc?

"Main account" - Windows system computer log on/sign-in account, Windows/Microsoft email account, other email account?

"Moved over" ... how?? Upgrade? Clean install?

Greatly depends on how you "moved over"?

Recommend immediate backup of all user personal data files before you start playing around with accounts/profiles/user names/whatever/etc.

In this case I did a clean install, on my primary SSD drive. Doing an upgrade kept failing. I purchased PCMover and that also won't move the account over. The account that is of concern is on my 2TB raid drive.
