No matter what I do I cannot enable auto logon on my freshly installed copy of Windows 10 Pro.
I am told that "The Username or Password is incorrect.Try again."
I enter the details and all is OKay.
I really am at a loss as to what to do now.

If you are using option 1 in the tutorial below to set up netplwiz to automatically sign in to your account at startup, be sure you are entering the correct password (not PIN) for the selected account. If the password is entered incorrectly in netplwiz, you will get that error message at sign in.

Thanks Brink, I went go back to the netplwiz menu reenabled the users must sign on etc etc. Restarted PC and then again went back and removed the tick and as you rightly suggested entered the correct password and user name which did the trick.
