Prompted for Admin Account pass when I don't have one

I have a backup chain that is password protected & wanted to change the password on future backups, using the same plan.

When I click on the right side of the password box (to see the current password), this box pops up:
Prompted for Admin Account pass when I don't have one-image.png
This is not Macrium Reflect asking me for a backup password, but, as the image shows, Windows Security.

I don't have an administrative password & when I press enter, it says it's wrong.

How can I avoid having this window pop-up?

    Thank you in advance.

Have you tried clicking on 'More choices' to see where that takes you? Maybe you will be able to stop the pop-up there?

That dialog is not one I've seen.

It is not what it appears to be. This is how Windows security asks for the Admin password.

Thank you for the reply. However, when I click more choices, I see this:
Prompted for Admin Account pass when I don't have one-image.png
That's just my account, which is an administrator's account.

    Hi Denis:

    Thank you for your reply.

I have Macrium Reflect & created a backup plan that included a password. I wanted to change the password, but first check to see what password I had used. So I opened Reflect & did the following:
First, I selected the backup plan & chose Edit:
Prompted for Admin Account pass when I don't have one-image.png

After I chose Edit, I clicked Advanced Options:
Prompted for Admin Account pass when I don't have one-image.png

Next, I selected password, & tried to click on the right side of the password box:
Prompted for Admin Account pass when I don't have one-image.png

When I did, the dialog box that I showed in my original post came up. Since I haven't set a password for my admin account, I don't have a password to enter.

What's strange is that I can click in the "Enter Password" box, put in a new password, & reenter it in the next box. So Reflect will let me change my password (or remove it entirely), but in order to see what I've entered previously, it wants an administrative password...or so it says.

As per your last photo could you at some stage have entered $PROMPT$ and this is causing Macrium Reflect to ask you to "specify a password at backup time"?

Thank you again for your reply. No, I never entered $PROMPT$. Also, Reflect isn't asking me to specify a password at backup time. I only get that prompt when I try to see what the password is.

This is only speculation but perhaps Macrium Reflect cannot handle a blank password correctly yet that is only coming to light when you try to check what was used before.

I suggest you try to repeat the whole exercise using an account that does have a password.
