Are you still seeing this as an issue? Cannot believe MS has just ignored this. Surely even they’d of noticed in their own everyday use of windows. Sometimes you get the impression they don’t even use their own software. Surely the generic icon where a profile picture once existed would be obvious to them if they were using their own apps.

This is widespread and still MS does nothing. Interesting that it has been reported many times

Are people still seeing no account picture? Even if I log in to a browser to my Microsoft account the picture remains missing, attempting to add a new one doesn’t help as it just goes through the process but left with generic icon where the pic should be, I suspect many apps draw the user pic from here which is why many do not show it anymore. I cannot believe after all this time it is still broken at MS end

I am still not seeing pictures within the Store app & on various MS sites, however the photo now does appear on some of my Office apps.

Yeah I still see photo on office. almost as if its cached or something. But I think the telling things is logging in on a browser to microsft.accounts.com I think by it being blank in here it affects many apps as they drawn the picture from here. It is just generic all the time, uploading a new picture makes no difference

I’ve tried changing the photo via my laptop & via my MS account - the problem remains.
The strange thing is that the photo shows on my iDevices.
