Microsoft account pictures

    Yes it’s another shocker from Microsoft. Looks rubbish. The reason other posters still see their pictures in some apps is probably caching. If they don’t fix they will all go generic eventually.

    Trying to get the message to Microsoft is a futile exercise. One cretin wanted me to reinstall windows despite my reporting it is widespread and happening across different users, machines and devices. Unbelievable

    I don’t think it’ll make any difference. The problem clearly exists on the MS side. The account pictures are all missing on multiple devices. Including if I login using things like safari on iOS and Mac OS.

    Strangely enough my iPad versions of Office apps show my current account photo (apart from one - Teams - which shows the old photo but if I click on the account it does show the current photo).

I created a new user account for my spouse but we aren't able to access pics that are on the computer. I can't figure it out, any help appreciated.
