How did you create your "normal user" account? Use the same method to create another "normal user" account with a different user name, e.g. Odd_2.
Admin -> Control Panel\User Accounts\User Accounts\Manage Accounts -> Add a new user in PC settings -> Other users -> Add someone else to this PC -> Local Users and Groups: This snapin may not be used with this edition of Windows 10. To manage user accounts for this computer, use the User Accounts tool in the control panel.

Dirty fix: lusrmgr/lusrmgr/bin/Release at master . proviq/lusrmgr . GitHub. Odd2 is now added, but It is the same as odd. User odd2 on "Run as administrator" is error.

Go through the following procedure to create a standard (non-administrator) user account:

I have almost done it I think.

    Logged in as Admin:
    Settings -> Your info:
    Administrator
    odd@gmail.com
    Administrator

    Logged in as Odd:
    Settings -> Your info:
    Odd
    Local Account

Or is it vice versa, Administrator on Local Account and Odd on odd@gmail.com?

I have deleted older user odd1, but some of the files/folders are still denied on admin.
    Code:
File Access Denied / You need to permission to perform this action. You require permissons from LAPTOP\Administrator to make changes to this file
    Try Again / Cancel
    C:\Users\Administrator
    C:\Users\Odd (new)
    C:\Users\Default
    C:\Users\Public
    C:\Users\odd1 (old)

    Your last post is confusing.

1 Your username is Administrator. So you have [pointlessly] enabled the BuiltIn Admin and you have managed to change it to an online-linked account [which used to be impossible].

2 I suggest you charge Odd's account type to be an Admin
Change to Admin account type - TenForumsTutorials
    - This will either demand your Administrator password or demand that you log into Administrator before doing the job.

3 I suggest that you create a second password-protected local Admin account for use if Odd is ever corrupted.
    - Remember to write all user account passwords down somewhere secure yet accessible.

4 I also suggest you try to disentangle Administrator from any online account, remove its password & disable it.
    - The BuiltIn Admin was designed for a single purpose - to be activated automatically by Windows at the Safe mode login screen if Windows ever detects that there are no user-created Admin accounts on the computer.
    - MS change the undocumented limitations of the BuiltIn Admin account whenever they want to. It is not an account you can rely on.
    - The BuiltIn Admin is no more powerful than an Admin account that you have created yourself.
    - It is merely an Admin account with UAC turned off - as also stated in the introduction to Built-In Administrator account - Enable or Disable - TenForumsTutorials
    - It is not superior to other Admins, to the System 'user' or TrustedInstaller. The people who make such claims are doing so without any evidence.

I have now Local Account and email on Settings -> Your info. Both is admin. Local Account is working fine. But the email name, how can I change johnsonodd@gmail.com from C:\johns to C:\odd ?
    I have tried:

    1. netplwiz
    2. Control Panel\User Accounts
    3. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

but it is only C:\johns or errors.
    Can you change the name?
