Guys, Gals, is there any way OP can use another computer's admin acct, download tweaking.com's Windows Repair All in One, create a DVD boot and/or a USB flash drive boot and run WR(AiO) full tilt? And hope for the best? The next best option would be to find a local high-level guru of Windows and data recovery person and pay that person to Frankenstein a repair install of some sort?

What do you mean by this? Your having been locked out has been the subject of this entire thread.

"...can use another computer's admin acct..." I thought I made clear that another computer, another computer's admin account, will be needed to create the WR(AiO) DVD, which may or may not work. At least, one more option.

I think OP meant to type "it did not only lock me out, but, also, the HDD is filled to the max"

Download WizTree and visually find some disk hogs you might not know about ..... or will you not be able to delete them?

What was the virus and what anti-malware programs did you use to get rid of it?

Converting the NTFS to fat32 removes all permission so you can then access everything
